Could it be that this SNF is haunted? One inquiry seems to think so…or at least that the Halloween Décor was hauntingly scary.
Here are direct quotes from some of the questions asked in our First Impression interview:
Reason for choosing (or not choosing) this facility: “The Halloween decorations truly gave me nightmares.”
Recommended Improvements: “I would consider not using things that will cause the ill to hallucinate.
Tour Process: I could not get past the decorations
Facility Cleanliness: Again I could not get past the decorations
Facility Appearance: It was dark, gloomy and horrifying.
Who knows if the facility actually had really scary décor, or if possibly the resident just doesn’t like Halloween. I would guess the facility was just having some fun, and it was probably not a big deal. But no matter what, it’s important to receive insight into what your customer base thinks and feels.
