Insightful Quote Of The Day: Being Stretched Too Thin

Here is a comment we recently heard in one of our interviews:
 

"The nursing staff was stretched too thin, especially the evening shift. There were so many patients, and sometimes I got my medicine two hours late". 

Comments like this are some of the most common we receive. This should be big concern to all facilities as they prepare for the QIS process. One of the questions that will be asked in the interview segment of QIS is, " Do you feel there is enough staff available to make sure you get the care and assistance you need without having to wait a long time?"
