Just yesterday, one of our callers was told the following:
"I appreciate the phone call and knowing they are interested in improving and hearing what their patients and their families have to say. That makes me feel good."
This is something we hear quite often. Patients and residents usually like these phone calls. It gives them a voice in the quality of their care, which is one of the more important things in their life.
