I have to admit, I had a good laugh when I read this recent Home Health interview:
"The girls that came were 'slutty' and unprofessional. There was only one girl that wore scrubs one time. They had on very low cut shirts they were falling out of, and painted on pants. They made my husband so uncomfortable. When he asked them why they weren't wearing scrubs, they told him they were going out later."
Though this comment seems somewhat comical, the point is very serious. We need to ensure we are always showing the proper respect for those we care for, and appropriate dress is an important aspect of respect. We also need to be aware of how our employees are a reflection of our business and brand.
