Quick Tip: Employee Retention

One of the questions we ask in our employee retention interviews is, "What can be done to improve the work atmosphere?"
A comment that we hear quite often is, "I would appreciate more consistent feedback and communication from my supervisor regarding my job performance."
This comment comes up very often in our exit interviews also, the only difference is it is usually mentioned when asked, "What was the main reason for quitting your job?"
