Quick Tip: Cut Down Dining Room Wait Time

Many of the interviews we conduct mention that "they experience a lot of frustration because they have to wait too long for their meals to be be served".
We see that waiting too long for a meal to be served increases the overall agitation in a facility. Waiting too long can also have a negative impact on one's perception of the quality of the food.
