From time to time, we’ll be posting a “Insightful Quote of the Day”. This will be a direct quote from one of the conversations we have with those we interview, where we will cite something of particular value that we have recorded.
We’ll be quoting answers from two particular questions:

Designed to inform you of what specific things families appreciate about the care being given.
What do you value most from any care provider?
Knowing what factors prompt people to buy is the holy grail of insight for any type of business. This question generates feedback about what they would be looking for in a facility, as well as what they most appreciate about the actual facility/agency.
