For many years now we have seen a very frequent comment in our customer feedback interviews regarding excess staff noise on the graveyard shift.
One person recently said, " It got very noisy at night. The staff would get really loud and chatty, this made it very difficult to get any sleep".
I doubt if any of the staff were being loud or chatty on purpose. Sometimes becoming aware of the problem is the first step in fixing it.
