Quick Tip: Cell Phone Usage

In a recent customer feedback interview, it was stated that "many of the staff were paying more attention to their cell phones than to the patients". This is a trend that we are hearing more and more in our interviews.

We recommend that all companies take a good look their cell phone policy and recognize that this is a noticeable concern for those being cared for.
